Supply of fifty (50) rainwater harvesting tanks (20 pieces in Nyagatare and 30 pieces in Kayonza Districts) for Climate Resilient Post-Harvest and Agribusiness Support Project (PASP)

Heifer International Rwanda wishes to invite eligible companies to submit their bids for the supply of fifty (50) rainwater harvesting tanks (20 pieces in Nyagatare, and 30 pieces in Kayonza Districts) for the PASP beneficiaries.

The PASP including Adaptation for Smallholder Agriculture Programme Grant (ASAP), its overall beneficiaries target is 32,400 rural households; the project is operating in the following 12 districts and provinces:

North: Musanze;
West: Nyabihu and Rubavu;
Southern: Kamonyi; Muhanga; Ruhango; Nyanza;
Eastern: Gatsibo; Kayonza; Ngoma, Nyagatare, and Kirehe.
Heifer International Rwanda would like to invite interested and experienced companies/firms to submit their financial proposals. Companies must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience; companies should demonstrate evidence of undertaking similar works for at least three different organizations. Work completion certificates must be submitted

Interested companies should request the full scope of work with detailed specifications from the Heifer International Rwanda procurement team at e-mail [email protected] or call 0788753013 not later than Thursday 19th December 2019 at 5:00 PM and shall be shared to those who expressed interests on 20th December 2019 before the close of businesses.

The proposals are due no later than 5:00 pm Kigali time, Friday 3rd January 2020. The company must be ready to supply the tanks not later than 30 days after contract signing. Any late proposal submissions will not be reviewed. Only short-listed consultant companies will be contacted.
